Austin Maddux
Born and raised in Austin, Texas to a real estate broker and land title agent, Austin has had an incredible foundation for all aspects of Real Estate in Central Texas. With over 40 years of Brokerage and development throughout Central Texas, Austin’s parents taught him the value of honesty and integrity, as well as having the knowledge and expertise of the local area and real estate market.
Austin received his bachelors degree from Texas Tech University in 2002, and immediately returned to the Hill Country, namely Driftwood, where he continues to call home.
With over 20 years of brokerage experience, Austin is well versed in all aspects of Real Estate, from selling land and ranches, commercial and residential property, as well as development of land and lots throughout Central Texas.

Mike Weaver
Being a sixth generation Texan, Mike has always felt a special connection to the land and he became especially fond of the Texas Hill Country. After college, while working for the Chambers County Engineer in Anahuac, Texas, where he was raised, Mike acquired his real estate brokers license and discovered land surveying. Over the years, Mike developed a vast working knowledge in real estate related jobs, in his work with the Chambers County Tax Office and Appraisal District. After Mike acquired his surveying license, he moved on to work for major corporations managing pipeline surveying, mapping and data management, which involved real estate, working his way into corporate management. It was during these years that Mike let go of his brokers license. In 2014, Mike and his wife Kristen, moved to the Texas Hill Country and started their own surveying business and in 2018, after re-acquiring their real estate sales licenses, he and Kristen added real estate to their business model. Mike’s ability to assist real estate clients through the buying or selling process is enhanced by his knowledge of land, land surveying and the division and development of land.
As a licensed sales agent with the skilled land professionals at Ranches and Rivers Realty, Mike is excited about providing high quality service to his real estate clients with capabilities and knowledge that is difficult to find anywhere in the industry.

Kristen Weaver
Having many years of experience in various facets of work related to real estate, and along with her devotion and persistence in whatever she does, Kristen applies her knowledge and skills to help every real estate client reach his/her ultimate goal. Along with receiving her real estate sales license, Kristen received education at Southeastern Paralegal Institute in Dallas. Kristen’s broad, in-depth experience in real estate related work ranges from working in several law offices as a legal assistant/secretary, clerking at the Chambers County Appraisal District, working as assistant to a former President/CEO of The Woodlands in his real estate advisory services company, to currently being co-owner and active manager of Weaver Surveying, LLC, along with being a licensed real estate agent with Ranches and Rivers Realty.
Kristen was born an Okie and arrived in Texas at two years of age, grew up in Houston, spent high school and some years beyond in Anahuac, then moved to Bedford, Beaumont, The Woodlands, and finally to the Hill Country where she and her husband Mike have dreamed of living.
Kristen is excited about sharing her passion of helping people and her love for this beautiful land that is fondly known as “the Hill Country”. She is excited to serve both buyers and sellers as a real estate agent with Ranches and Rivers Realty.
